Dallas Development Partners is owned and operated by King, Nicole, Parker, and Drew White. As a family business, we work closely together in all aspects of the company, supported by our strategic design and construction partners.

King serves as our CEO, responsible for raising capital and defining the firm’s strategy. With over 25 years of real estate experience, his career began with the first 10 years at Trammell Crow Company. In 2006, he founded Site Selection Group, LLC, which has since become one of the largest independent location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate firms.

Parker and Drew handle sourcing investment opportunities, project acquisitions and dispositions, construction management, and property management. Nicole assists King with the day-to-day management of the company. Our family are avid supporters of Southern Methodist University. King, Nicole, and Parker are alumni, and Drew is currently a student working for the company during her free time. Our family loves to travel, cook, play tennis, and spend time with our dogs.
